Shajing Coastal City Urban Renewal

With the maturity of the world-class economic bay area in the Pearl River Delta, the development of the Pearl River East Coast Economic Corridor is the strategic development direction of the city in western Shenzhen, the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, the Pan-airport Economic Zone, and the new convention and exhibition industry. The urban renewal of Shajing Coastal City relies on the development opportunities of the Pan-Airport Economic Bay Area in the west of Shenzhen to create an upgraded version of the Shajing Coastal Group Industry 2.0-the "Coastal Dream Stage". It is not only a commercial complex of more than 800,000 square meters, but also An external, public, and shared stage space, its arrival will activate the development of the entire area and become a new name card for the manhole.

Through a series of experiential urban spaces, the design outlines the original bustling scene of life in the city on Wanfeng Middle Road. Follow the existing Shiyan Canal route to create a linear urban greening ecological public space corridor-starting from the vibrant waterfront community, passing through the block business, incorporating the open campus space, and finally continuing to the Ma'anshan subway station. It guides the people in the subway station to reach the project site more effectively, and at the same time activates a series of urban space nodes along the line-riverside promenades, water communities, open campuses, and urban green belts.
