Changsha

CCCG Rral Estate and C&D Royal Ceremony

The project covers an area of 130000 square meters, with a total building area of 300000 square meters. Based on the revival of traditional culture and the reconstruction of etiquette and order, the main north-south axis of space is constructed to form a landscape and space sequence. The traditional Chinese architecture and the regional humanistic feelings of Changsha are immersed in one window, one grid, one pavilion and one courtyard, showing both the Chinese style and the complexity of retro style.

Inherit the historical context of Chinese classical architecture, integrate the design concept of traditional residence, continue the traditional ritual space, and combine the visiting streamline of the demonstration area to build multiple space sequences to form a progressive space experience; Integrate the dual cultural connotation of traditional culture and urban culture into the spatial interpretation of the demonstration area; The overall building is axisymmetric, highlighting the profound historical heritage of Chinese culture etiquette. The use of the atrium space in an orderly manner, coupled with the new Chinese gardening techniques, makes the overall building have both historical charm and modern texture.
