ZhongshanPoly Linyu Garden

The project is located at the intersection of Zhongshan downtown cluster, Torch Development Zone and Nanlang Town. The plot is divided into two parts by the Guangzhu Light Rail running from east to west. According to the plan, hill slopes and small high-rise buildings will be set up along both sides of the light rail to effectively block the noise of urban trunk roads. Low rise residential buildings will be arranged inside the community. After a twist of design, the residents will have the best view and orientation, and finally reach the perspective of the north and the courtyard of the south.

In the overall planning, the buildings will organically separate the "inside" and "outside" spaces of the park to form a central park, so as to achieve a quiet residential environment in the center of the city, with a slight spatial metaphor of "great seclusion in the city". The building facade adopts the neo classical style. Classical elements or symbols are abstracted through simple or freehand brushwork. The main exterior wall is painted with warm colors. Through the ingenious use of aluminum alloy and lines, a simple and light facade is created.
