China Intelligent Logistics Backbone Network (CSN) Jinyi Industrial Park is the first e-commerce park operated by Cainiao Networks, and it is also the first professional industrial park tailored for e-commerce in China. The design is divided into four themed spaces according to the characteristics of the long and narrow land. An inner street is formed in the middle to connect the themed spaces in series. The four themed spaces fully reflect the brand characteristics of Cainiao and Alibaba, and carry the celebration collection and distribution, exhibition and sales activities, and e-commerce network. Many functions such as communication, e-commerce leisure life, etc., create a composite community that serves e-commerce. The planning layout takes into account the open and efficient corporate culture of Cainiao and Alibaba Group, and all the vital spaces are gradually developed towards the urban interface with an open attitude. Integrated design of architecture and landscape, grading configuration of landscape according to different standards, to ensure space quality while effectively controlling costs. GRC and other technologies are used in the landscape to create non-linear seats, adding a sense of emptiness and agility to the space.
